Will my order be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are currently accepting and processing orders with minimal interruption to our fulfillment workflow. However, there may be delays on some orders due to certain suppliers being required to close due to the guidelines put in place at a local or federal level.

If an item on your order becomes temporarily unavailable, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you to discuss how to best move forward with your order.

Please note that this is a rapidly changing situation and we are carefully monitoring our supply chain for any closures that may affect our ability to fill orders. Sigler is also following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to implement policies to protect the health and safety of our team members.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and ZIP code.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are produced at Sigler’s in-house production facility and shipped via domestic FedEx within 7–10 business days of receipt. Production time does not include time to arrive to the user destination. Our regular business hours are 8 am–5 pm CST Monday–Friday.

 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

 

Can I return an item?

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for completed orders unless defective.

 

Are orders secure?

Ames Community School District Online Apparel Store orders are safe, thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protecting all the transaction data. We will also never sell, rent or use your personal information for any other reason other than to complete your order.

 

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has shipped. Your debit or credit card charge will be listed as “SIGLER COMPANIES” on your statement.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Possibly. Contact our customer service department at 1-855-880-0881 or via email as soon as possible to avoid being charged.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

 

Will there be taxes charged?

Online purchases are subject to applicable sales taxes. The sales tax for the order is based on state and local tax rates as well as the shipping and/or service location of the order.

 

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, size charts are available on individual product pages.

 

How does this site benefit the school district?

A percentage of all sales will be given to the school district to be divided among the schools.

 

How can I get items with the Ames Schools logos if they aren't on this shop?

Visit the custom orders page for any special items that you may need.  Quantities can vary from one special item to many for an event or larger group.
